Overview:
The Area Business Manager (ABM) for the Herbals Division will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within an assigned geographical area. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to managing the sales force, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of the company's herbal product line.

- Sales Management:
- Achieve sales targets for the herbals product portfolio in the assigned area.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Market Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Promotional Activities:
- Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest information about the company’s herbal products and competitive offerings.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualification:
- BSc with or without previous experience in Ayurveda Pharma business
- Non-science graduate with previous experience in Pharma business
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in frontline or 2 years of Managerial experience in Pharma business
